Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant.Responsibilities Coordinate and prepare the quotations of the workshop.Coordinate and prepare the income and expense billing with the Accounting Office.Manage daily office tasks for the holding and its companies.Assist the manager with daily planning.Coordinate the staff.Maintain confidential and sensitive information.Required Skills and Qualifications One or more years of experience in an administrative role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with MS Office.Flexible team player.Languages (Spanish and English; other languages are a plus).Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department.Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
