Your role at Otovo
Head of Account Management B2B (f/m/d)

Location: Madrid
Your tasks :
As Head of Otovo Account Management, you will be in charge of leading the AM team whilst maintaining and reinforcing our partner network of solar installers in Spain. You will also be involved in developing and executing our partner acquisition strategy for future partners. The metrics to gauge your success will be the volume, price of installations and customer's satisfaction with the work performed, so there are multiple targets to manage and balance. You are expected to draw heavily on communication and analytical skills, as well as an ability to manage these goals in parallel as part of Otovo's Account Management team. You will develop and help execute a world-class pitch, highlighting the benefits of partnering with Otovo to solar installers across Spain. You will lead partner onboarding into the Otovo platform, drive engagement and volumes with existing partners, identify their needs and take appropriate actions. You will have a goal and results oriented approach, always keeping your personal and team targets in your mind. Based on your experience as a leader, you will develop further a successful team of Account Managers. Using your team building and management skills, create a collaborative team culture based on trust, communication and clear, measurable goals. You will work closely with Otovo's management team to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
What we look for :
A doer with a hands-on mentality who is ready to roll up their sleeves. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Minimum of 5 years of experience in short-cycle B2B sales/account management, preferably within renewable energy or construction. Experience working within a digital environment, at a scale-up or fast-growing company is a pro. University degree or a professional commercial training. Passion for building long term partnerships. Ease and confidence with reaching out to new partners incl. cold calling. Clear and convincing communication skills. Courage to question the status quo and come up with out of the box solutions. Data driven and target focused approach.
