Management Events is seeking a Content Project Manager to join our dynamic team to curate thought-provoking experiences for the Aurora Live Business Network.
Aurora Live is a network bringing together a wide range of Information Technology, Cyber, and Digital leaders from the largest organizations in Europe.
In this role, you create cutting-edge content for our physical and virtual events by finding the right speakers and case studies, most relevant for the target audience.
You spar with them about the topics in reflection to what we know our audience is most keen on hearing, and you nurture the relationships by coaching and preparing them before the events and sharing feedback after.
Your success is measured by keeping projects on schedule with the highest quality and innovative take, and working as an active part of the business unit's success.
You have a commercial take on everything you do, and you can work with set targets and common goals.
Your Key Focus Areas: Speaker Acquisition: Identify and secure commitments from top-tier C-suite executives (CxOs) in IT, Digital, and Cybersecurity as keynote speakers and panellists for our Nordic flagship events and selected virtual content.
Cultivating Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-profile speakers, understanding their expertise and aligning them with the most relevant topics for our audience, ensuring sustained engagement and loyalty up until event execution.
Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to discern and fulfil members' speaker preferences, ensuring seamless event execution.
Seamless Event Delivery: Work closely with event producers to ensure the smooth execution of events, fostering a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere to deliver unparalleled attendee experiences.
Local Craftsmanship: Collaborate with internal teams to translate the event agenda into compelling speaker narratives that resonate with the market (potentially including content localization).
Pre-Event Powerhouse: Lead as primary liaison in the speaker briefing process, providing ongoing support to ensure they are well-prepared and aligned with event goals and audience expectations.
We are looking for someone who: Has a background in target-driven commercial roles with direct customer interaction and set deadlines, and has proven a track record of consistent performance.
Is a good combination of team player, high clock speed to get things done, and can calmly navigate multiple ongoing projects.
Communicates with confidence, persuasion, and fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
Maintains a tech-savvy curiosity and an active interest in the evolution of technology and its impact on business – as this is at the heart of our target audience.
Demonstrates a "can-do" attitude, strong accountability, and a willingness to go the extra mile for excellence.
