Supporting the People Business Partner, you will work with members of the senior leadership and their teams and key stakeholders to help build organization and people capability, shaping and implementing effective people strategies and activities within TUI Musement.
ABOUT THE JOB As People Partner, you will play a key role in driving critical HR business topics, change programme initiatives, and successful business transformation.
Working within the Operations & Delivery area, you will focus on enabling business strategy by delivering great people approaches.
You will support in building and enhancing our people manager's capability, questioning and challenging others to get to the root of our people and business issues.
You will provide coaching and give feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency.
You will business partner stakeholders to initiate and encourage ideas and suggested solutions to enhance employee engagement, revenue streams, retention, and talent while considering budget limitations and our company culture.
You will support talent management initiatives to develop and retain high performers and high potential employees during this change program.
You will work alongside members of the HR domains, acting as a point of people expertise for specialist HR teams that are implementing new people approaches across the HR spectrum.
Further, you will be a co-facilitator of the Squad dedicated to your functional area, collaborating closely and supporting the Senior People Business Partner in delivering all HR initiatives in this space.

You will build effective relationships, business knowledge, and trust and work together with business stakeholders to identify commercial, pragmatic, and consistent HR solutions.
ABOUT YOU HR Business Partner experience (preferably having worked within the travel/tourism sector) Experience of working in an international HR team Ability to think proactively and operate strategically to support both the HR and business strategy Being able to effectively work in an ambiguous fast-paced constantly changing environment Ability to quickly and effectively build trustful relationships Ability to project lead, influence, manage, and advise on significant business change Be solution and data oriented ABOUT OUR OFFER Competitive salary and benefits as standard.
