POSITION SUMMARY: As Europe Sourcing Manager you will have responsibility for managing the sourcing activities for the entire Automotive Aftermarket Europe Division RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Sourcing - Prioritizes purchasing initiatives, establishes policies and objectives, and defines the company's key sourcing strategies - Sets strategies related to vendor assessments and purchasing terms and conditions to help ensure products or services ordered are delivered on time at the best quality and value - Establishes policies and methodologies for sourcing new products or services, approving vendors, and determining when products should be sourced to a single vendor or to multiple vendors to provide a stable and consistent supply.
- Collaborates with internal business partners to understand demand and supplier trends, and analyzes financial information related to total cost of ownership to support business strategy.
Team Management - Leads, manages and develops a team of sourcing professionals in the different geographies to maximize delivery while boosting motivation and engagement Supplier Management - Oversees critical supplier relationship management and contract management processes to ensure terms are met.
- Negotiates with 80 suppliers on price, schedule, terms and conditions and any other contractual requirements.
- Creates supplier specific strategies and improvement initiatives while enlisting the work of other departments.
Reporting & Analytics - Delivers purchasing budget, updated forecasts, and reports monthly variances, both increases driven by market and savings from sourcing actions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS - Minimum Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economy or similar.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Purchase/Sourcing position or in a - Marketing/Sales role in the chemical sector.
- Experience with Vendor Management Systems.
- Knowledge of Purchasing fundamentals in a manufacturing environment - You have demonstrable experience in Project Management - Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to travel (20-30%)
