Responsibilities:Review and validation of deliverables under the monitoring contract tasksSupport to re-invent the monitoring mechanism, built upon Art.° 20 of the Interoperable Europe Act proposalSupport the implementation of the Interoperable Europe Act proposal including work with Member States, Chief Information Officer (CIO) network, as well as the Interoperability Expert GroupContribution to the labelled solutions, in the context of the future ActContribution to inter-service discussions on the digital/interoperability aspects of an upcoming policy proposalFormulation of advice on specific policy proposalsRegular reporting to the project officerRequirements:At least 5 years of proven experience supporting multiple Commission Services and agencies to design policies, organize high-level meetings, as well as liaise with Member StatesExperience with drafting studies and reports on tech-related topics, namely Evaluation and impact assessment of digital policiesExcellent knowledge of monitoring and KPI definitionExcellent knowledge of communication tools and Drupal websitesProven experience leading stakeholder consultationsProven experience working with multiple Commission Services on interoperability initiativesProven experience of working in a public administration body related to digital policies, namely at the ministerial level or national digital agencyExperience in the use of Microsoft Office ToolsLocation: RemoteThe company:Being part of THEWHITEAM means collaborating with a company constituted by professionals with extensive experience in technology consulting.
