Job Overview: The Project Manager, Trial Interactive is responsible for the management of implementation, maintenance, and ongoing services for clients as contracted. The Project Manager (PM) is the main point of contact for clients at TransPerfect Interactive throughout assigned projects and relationships. The PM is required to meet all project timelines and deliverables, as well as work in conjunction with the Business Development, Configuration, Product Development, Document Services Team, and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities: Lead the Project Team and collaborate with assigned team to meet client deliverables as outlined in the contract. Manage client project deliverables according to signed contracts for medium to large projects. Ensure completion of applicable project-required documents, updates, and respond timely to requests. Manage ongoing customer relationships and client expectations to drive exceptional results and customer success. Escalate appropriate issues to Senior Management to ensure quality is met and actions are monitored until resolution. Participate and support Quality Assurance with clients and regulatory audits, as necessary. Respond to client requests for new project initiatives; collaborate with Business Development and Product Development Team to assess scope of work and cost estimates. Knowledgeable in Trial Interactive systems to support clients and recommend process improvements. Engage with clients to understand their environments and determine mutually beneficial opportunities. Participate in the Business Development process including RFPs, client calls, or Bid Defenses as assigned. Monitor and communicate project progress internally and externally. Ensure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets, producing high-quality deliverables. Oversee study budget and monitor employee time against Client Budget and Statement of Work. Support in training, documentation, and updates to our platform as needed. Provide Trial Interactive product support to clients and junior colleagues. Required Experience and Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a 3-year college or university. Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Life Sciences industry (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO experience preferred). Minimum of 3 years project management experience. Knowledge of clinical development phases and processes. Required Skills: Superior communication skills in English (verbal and written). Strong presentation skills. Good interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and well organized, with strong problem-solving capabilities. Experience with implementing technological initiatives in a collaborative environment. Experience with various technology concepts. Desired Skills and Experience: Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures. Build relationships with clients and co-workers. Work independently and as part of a team. Take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service.
