Job Title: ESO Supply Chain Manager Location: Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid Job Description The ESO Supply Chain Manager oversees the end-to-end process of sourcing, production, and distribution of goods. They ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality control while coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers. Their role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations and meeting customer demands. Key Responsibilities Lead the creation and execution of supply plans in alignment with the Supplier Relationship Team and Global Supply Chain.Own the monthly S&OP with external suppliers, driving alignment and optimization.Facilitate Supply Review with Global and Regional Supply Chain teams.Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.Drive local supplier integration to support seamless supply chain activities.Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the supply chain.Support ESO Project Manager on supply chain activities related NPI & Transfers.Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years professional experience in supply chain specifically in tactical supply planning, capacity planning, master scheduling from leading FMCG or Pharmaceutical companies.Demonstrated experience in S&OP leadership & successfully implementing best practices and processes in a demand and/or supply planning organization.Demonstrated ability to influence senior managers and leaders across the organization and excellent communication skills with internal/external partners and ability to translate complex issues into simple statements.Handle multiple priorities and work independently while demonstrating initiative and strong analytical savvy.Intermediate skill level: ERP, Anaplan, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and/or MS Access.What we offer in return At Galderma, we offer a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager in Barcelona.
