.POSITION TITLE: ESG Program Manager REPORTS TO: Sr. Vice President of Operations and Development DIRECT REPORTS: 0 LOCATION: Madrid, Spain PURPOSE: PTI is seeking a dynamic and motivated Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) professional to drive and support ESG initiatives across our global operations and support functions. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing PTI's ESG strategy, ensuring compliance with regulations such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), and driving ESG initiatives across the business. As the ESG Program Manager, you will lead the implementation of ESG strategies, ensuring global compliance with reporting requirements, whilst collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence positive ESG outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a confident, adaptable team player with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of seamlessly integrating into PTI's culture and taking a hands-on approach to delivering tangible results. FUNCTIONS: Lead the execution of PTI's ESG policy and strategy in collaboration with teams across the business. Track and report on the progress of ESG initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Oversee ESG reporting requirements, including managing the data collection process. Monitor and analyze ESG data to support GHG emissions KPIs and identify trends for improvement. Collect, analyze, and report on key ESG metrics and performance indicators, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement. Support stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring alignment with the company's sustainability policies and goals. Collaborate with the supply chain to drive initiatives toward achieving a net zero future. Assist business units in meeting ESG-related objectives and targets. Maintain a strong attention to detail while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Effectively communicate ESG performance and progress to stakeholders, including investors, employees, and customers. These job functions are representative of tasks accomplished by incumbents. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability or business management (or related field). Minimum 3+ years' experience in similar ESG role. Practical experience managing ESG programs in business settings. Demonstratable knowledge of carbon reporting and accounting. Strong understanding of Net Zero Transition strategies and planning. Familiarity with the legislative landscape, including but not limited to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Strong knowledge of international ESG standards, frameworks, and reporting guidelines (e.G., GRESB, SASB, TCFD) and experience implementing them
