This role is essential for tracking and communicating Puig's impact across our ESG pillars, supporting data-driven decision-making, and advancing our 2030 ESG agenda. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG data into the company's overall strategy.What you'll get to do1. ESG Data Strategy and Implementation- Develop and implement Puig's ESG data strategy, aligning with the company's 2030 sustainability objectives.- Ensure the integration of ESG data across the organization, providing transparency and measurable impact.2. Data Collection and Management- Lead the design and deployment of data collection frameworks and tools to capture relevant ESG metrics.- Oversee data management processes, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with global sustainability standards.- Analyze ESG data to provide insights, trends, and actionable recommendations to executive leadership.- Prepare and present high-quality ESG data reports, dashboards, and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.3. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration- Work closely with the CSO, Sustainability, Legal, Operations, and HR teams to drive alignment on data-related ESG goals.- Partner with IT and data teams to develop and enhance digital tools and platforms for ESG data tracking and analysis.- Serve as an ESG data expert, representing Puig's sustainability progress in meetings with stakeholders, including investors, customers, and regulatory bodies.4. Continuous Improvement and Innovation- Stay abreast of emerging ESG trends, best practices, and technology solutions to advance Puig's data strategy.- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.We'd love to meet you if you haveBachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Data Science, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree is aplus.Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in data management. ESG knowledge is a plus.Proficiency in data management, analysis, and visualization tools.Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity in data reporting
