As an Error Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for the error correction process and be the contact person for error management.
What you can expect You are responsible for the coordination, checking and documentation of the problems fixing process Your main role will be to constantly track the evolution of errors You will analyse open errors to detect critical, blocker or job stopper You will collect and synchronize information from all project members and stakeholders You will create error statistics and presentations of project statuses to project management and necessary project participants You will also organize and moderate error rounds to discuss vehicle issues You will also monitor compliance with specifications in the problems fixing process That convinces us Successfully completed studies in economics, engineering or a comparable course of study or technical training with professional experience Good analytical and organisational skills Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and a high English level Knowledge of working with KPM or similar ALM systems is an advantage Technical understanding and enthusiasm for the automotive environment An independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working rounds off your profile Knowledge in Microsoft Office and JIRA will be appreciated Our Benefits A permanent position in an industry with a secure future 2 days of mobile working per week including technical equipment Flexible working hours in the form of flexitime A step-by-step induction with an induction buddy Individual training and further education opportunities Your Application Starting out as error manager?
