We are looking for our next Sales Representative to join our Aftermarket Industrial Solutions team located in Terrassa (Barcelona, Spain) and be responsible for Export region.
In this position, the selected candidate will be focused on developing and increasing aftermarket business by selling in a designated area as per a well-defined sales process and CRM usage. Therefore, the position requires skills in contacting many kinds of customers in a professional and considerate manner to develop valuable customer relationships and increase profitable sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote the sales of replacement filters, parts, and other catalog products in assigned territory via phoneFocus on specified regions to achieve sales goals and overall customer contactMaintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accountsResolve customer issues/problems, research, and make recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase salesMake standard quotes for the supported customer base.Follow-up by phone all open quote (standard and non-standard) requests for the supported customer baseFollow-up all opportunities 100% (both pro-active and reactive requests)Independently plan and schedule sales calls to maximize personal and territory sales impact to grow their businessKeep informed of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity, sharing information with other personnel for better strategic placement in the marketplaceMake written and oral presentations to customers and industry groupsMay travel to customer locations occasionally. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experiencePrevious experience in a sales position, preferably at least 2 yearsLanguage skills: English is a must.
