What this role is about:Industry environment, IT trends, and JTI business strategy lead to speeding up the pace of innovation and digitalization.
The BTS (Business Technology Services) group must lead and bring to JTI the innovative solutions that will serve business objectives and strategic vision.
He/she manages the implementation of major functional projects/initiatives.
What will you do?Work with key stakeholders from the business to identify critical business requirements and determine if the innovation path exists or can be integrated to improve business results.Work with the business and IT teams to ensure a clear understanding of what the market and IT suppliers offer and participate in implementation initiatives.Drive the implementation of approved key/major functional projects/initiatives: new system functionality implementation and major business process redesign.Provide estimates on costs, project resources planning, and timelines.Manage functional activities such as blueprinting, design, fit/gap and configuration, unit and integration testing, and data migration.Ensure system integrity and performance.Validate the solution (get signoff) and ensure appropriate documentation is maintained.Act as a senior business consultant to provide expertise on both business process and system functionality.Work proactively with the business to enhance/optimize existing business practices and bring market best practices in the designated area.Investigate and bring forward new functionality (SAP or others) to deliver added value and better meet business requirements.Build business partnerships by developing relationships with internal customers to understand their needs and priorities, delivering timely and quality solutions while ensuring they utilize the full potential of the application.Define, together with other IT groups, the innovation and digitalization program in the Finance performance area, staying up to date on AI concepts, Machine Learning, Robotics, and other solutions.Participate in the definition of the solution innovation roadmap.What are we looking for?University degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.5+ years working experience in Financial Planning and Analysis applications environment.Knowledgeable of SAP FI S4, BW, BPC, SAC in a global and multicultural environment.Business experience in the related area is required.Project management experience.Proven experience in bringing innovation to the business, external insights, and new technologies.5+ years of people management working experience.What are the next steps:Thank you very much for your interest in the role.
