Role Description: We're seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to lead one of our social impact innovation projects. As an EIR, you'll leverage your entrepreneurial experience to guide initiatives from concept to execution.
You will be responsible for:
Initiating, planning, and executing one of (y)our social impact projectsCoordinating with a diverse and growing team of your choiceEngaging with stakeholders, including local communities, NGOs, and other partnersEnsuring project goals align with our broader mission to create sustainable social changeThis is an entrepreneurial position, so you will be paid by the income you generate yourself on your project, with full help from an experienced businessman.
Qualifications: Proven experience in Project Management, Team Coordination, and Stakeholder EngagementGood organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative teamPassionate about social impact and committed to making a differenceFlexible, adaptable, and open to learningKnowledge of social entrepreneurship or sustainability is a plus, but not required; a willingness to learn is equally valued.If you're looking to make a tangible difference and be part of a community dedicated to social change, we'd love to hear from you!
