.The Risk Management of Allianz Technology, "Risk & Control", is composed of the safeguarding areas Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Risk & Control System and Third Party-Risk-Management. The objective of "Risk & Control" is to manage the risks of AZ Technology Group, provide an oversight on the risk profile, assess risks and controls, develop mitigating strategies and to prepare assurance and management reporting.In your role as ERM risk officer, you will support the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Team in coordinating risk oversight, risk reporting, and risk governance topics centrally and locally.You willMonitor the oversight over different safeguarding areas, Integrated Risk & Control System (IRCS) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)/ Outsourcing Function.Prepare reporting for the quarterly Risk Committee and subsequently for the Board and Supervisory Board as well as Allianz Group Center functions (Group Risk, Group Operations, Group IT).Review risk profiles/risk assessments and prepare decisions for new, global IT projects and contracts; support the developmentand implementation of cross-functional projects and initiatives.Lead process improvements and risk-related projects.Maintain close collaboration with sister functions, first line of defense, and our nearshore support team.Regularly review and update the Risk Strategy of AZ Technology and related guidance such as Risk, IRCS, and Outsourcing Policy, along with underlying standards and procedures; support and follow-up of the global Risk Management governance roll-out; coordinate and train Risk Officers in all involved departments and locations.Minimum RequirementsUniversity degree (Business Informatics, Business Administration, Business Mathematics) or equivalent qualification.2+ years of professional experience ideally in risk management, particularly in an IT Company or in risk-related areas within IT Project Management, IT compliance, or similar.Ability to understand complex issues, elaborate and convey information clearly and effectively in respect to the audience/level of management (both verbal and written) while reducing complexity.Capability to build collaborative working relationships and ability to work in virtual and international teams; international experience is a plus.Reliable, flexible, and precise solution-oriented working approach combined with a "can-do" attitude.Self-directed working approach with the ability to work autonomously, even under high pressure, and flexibility to combine recurrent task-oriented work with project-oriented working style.Project management skills are a plus.Knowledge of Allianz Group tools (e.G., Open Pages, Sharepoint, Teams, ServiceNow) for risk management procedures.Fluent English skills (written and spoken).We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working, including up to 25 days per year working from abroad
