Salary: €39,200 OTE (with a basic of €35,000 + uncapped commission) + relocation of €3,500 paid with first month salary
The Role:Working on behalf of one of the largest toy and game manufacturers in the world! Last year, they achieved record sales of over half a billion euros, and they are still growing! They are looking for fantastic salespeople to join their ever-expanding team.
What You'll Do:Cold call potential independent retailers.Show them the benefits of a business partnership with the company.Identify key decision-makers and quickly build strong relationships with them.Understand their needs and close sales on the B2B offer.About You:You have tons of charisma, catching people's attention and engaging them in conversation with ease.Love meeting and beating targets.You embrace rejection and bounce back quickly—always pushing forward.You are a natural salesperson who can change people's minds.Have a third-level qualification (e.g., Degree).What We Offer:Salary: €39,200 OTE (with a basic of €35,000 + uncapped commission).Holidays: 37 days, including public holidays, with an option to earn more.Company Pension: 4% of your salary.Profit Share Bonus: Subject to meeting profit targets.Share Save Scheme.Employee Discounts: Between 25% and 50% on products!World-class induction and ongoing training to set you up for success.The Job:Language Requirement: Business level of English is essential.Location: Full-time, office-based role in our Barcelona office, with relocation support offered.Candidates must already have the work permission for Spain (i.e., an EU passport OR Spanish residence card).
