For us, the operational excellence of all people & budget programs play a key role in our day-to-day and we focus on boosting efficiency and acting as a business partner for our engineers and building the bridge to our stakeholders in Product, HR, L&D, IT, Finance, Procurement and other corporate functions.The RoleAs an Engineering People Operations Program Manager, you'll not only implement but also support the creation of people-related activities, processes and policies for the Engineering organisation. You play a pivotal role in fostering strong connections with the Engineering department and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from various departments. In our dynamic environment, your daily activities will be exceptionally varied, providing you with opportunities to engage in relevant business-related personnel aspects and contribute to diverse projects aimed at enhancing the employee life cycle and the whole organisation.The work you'll doAssist in the creation and implementation for employee development initiatives (such as: career path development, recognition programs, etc.)Organise events and initiatives for a small or large scale for teams or the whole organisation remote or in-officeSupport seamless communication across the whole department and stakeholders to facilitate a clear and frictionless understanding for everyone involvedAnalyse internal processes to identify gaps (time-consuming tasks, inefficiencies, manual work, broken processes and interfaces) and propose scalable solutionsDesign and implement strategic people programs aligned with organisational goals and objectivesContinuously collect feedback from all necessary stakeholders (Engineering Leaders, Product leaders, New Joiners, HR and other members of the organization), to adapt and improve the frameworks and processes you ownSupport full project management cycle, including documentation, tracking, analytics and reportingDevelop end-to-end delivery schedules, track key milestones, and create contingency plans for high-risk deliverables; coordinate the project delivery and own the project management and communicationThe qualifications you need3+ years experience in people operations, preferably at a high-growth tech company / start-upDegree in Business Administration or a technical field oriented on processes and analytics (e.G. Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering Management, Enterprise Administration etc
