Flight Itinerary (About The Role)There are plenty of manager types out there, but what we're looking for is an Engineering Manager who combines leadership with technical expertise—a player/manager capable of not only guiding and mentoring our engineering teams but also getting hands-on when needed. A developer, the ideal candidate understands engineers on a deeper level and can speak their language fluently, whether in a code review or a team meeting.
This role is about more than just managing; it's about being in the trenches with your team, representing Software Engineers across the organization while ensuring they thrive in a fun and challenging environment. You'll inspire innovation while making sure everything stays on course, pushing for bold ideas while maintaining a cautious hand on the wheel.
We all know there are no boring days around Software and managing Software Engineers here is both a responsibility and an adventure.
