About the role
As an Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our company culture and ensuring that our external messaging aligns with our values and business goals while contributing to the hiring efforts by being in first-hand contact with our candidates.
What challenges you'll be solving
Employer Branding: Drive and enhance our employer brand to attract top talent by clearly communicating our culture and values across all channels, including our careers page, social media, and external events.
Event Support: Provide creative and logistical support on external events (job fairs, industry conferences), ensuring they reflect our brand and values.
Career Page & Communication Templates: Maintain and continuously improve our careers page and communication templates for both internal use and candidate engagement, ensuring all materials are aligned with our brand identity and culture.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with People, Marketing, and other teams to ensure consistency in messaging and support broader company initiatives.
Support Key People Areas: Collaborate with Employee Experience and Hiring teams to ensure that communication strategies align with our employee engagement and recruitment goals.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and refine our employer branding strategies, staying on top of industry trends and best practices.
Hiring Efforts: Active hands-on end-to-end hiring activities based on recruitment needs of the company.

What you'll need
3+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in Talent Acquisition.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields preferable.
Fluent in English and Spanish. Proficiency in an additional language such as French, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus.
Creative mindset with a strong ability to generate and implement new ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive messages.
Experience in event planning and management, both internal and external, with a knack for creating memorable experiences.
Basic design skills and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, enabling you to create visually appealing content.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work independently.
Proactive attitude with a keen sense for identifying opportunities to enhance communication and branding efforts, always looking to push boundaries.
Public speaking and presentation skills, comfortable with delivering talks or workshops, and representing the company at events.
Passion for writing with the ability to create compelling content that reflects our brand and culture.
Collaborative spirit to work closely with various teams, providing communication support and driving initiatives that scale with our company's growth.
Interest in scaling processes with a focus on developing and improving strategies that align with the company's rapid growth.
