EMEAC Pricing Data Analytics Trainee
Location: Barcelona, Spain (hybrid)
Contract Length: 6-12 months
Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic Pricing Specialist with a strong statistical background and expertise in data analytics. The primary responsibility of this role is to track and analyse pricing across different markets in the region, and leverage pricing strategies effectively. This is an internship level role, working on a contract basis of 6-12 months.
Key Responsibilities Monitor and analyse pricing trends across various markets in the region.Monitor pricing strategies to optimize pricing opportunities.Utilize statistical methods and data analytics to track and forecast pricing movements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment on pricing strategies.Prepare and present detailed pricing reports and insights to senior management.Conduct market research to understand competitive pricing and market dynamics.Ensure compliance with regional pricing policies and regulations.Identify and address pricing discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.Typically Reports to M2/M3Explain facts, policies and practices related to job area from established procedures or formal training.Support and interact primarily with colleagues of own job area.Develop a network of contacts to build up relationships and strengthen the organizational, product and market knowledge.Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
