Who are we?
Nice to meet you, we're Indicia Worldwide. We are a global data and technology led marketing agency who work with some of the world's biggest brands. We see ROI where others don't. We are the only agency that combines creative, data and technology talent with production and procurement expertise to improve your marketing performance and efficiencies. We realise ROI for our clients by enabling them to deliver more engaging, cost-effective and sustainable customer experiences. Indicia Worldwide is the product of three successful businesses, brought together by our parent company Konica Minolta in 2017. The vision was, and is, to create new value across the remit of marketing for our clients.
Over the past years, HR has significantly evolved at Indicia Worldwide from being purely transactional and focused on payroll and recruitment to a true value-add function, acting as internal advisors and partnering with the business to think strategically in everything relating to our people, resulting in a rebrand as People & Capability team. Currently the team is led by a Chief People Officer and a team of 4 senior leaders: a Global Talent Acquisition Manager, Global People & Capability Operations Manager and two Heads of People & Capability - EMEA and APAC. Together with these senior leaders, there are a number of high talented individuals spread across the team in various locations globally.
We aspire to:
- be a lean team who acts as culture ambassadors for the business.
- be a team that supports the belief of putting employees first.
- be a team not geographically bound, truly international and with an open, diverse and inclusive mindset.
Although we have made quite some progress with this, we are always thriving and evolving thus are looking for high resilient and energetic individuals to join the team. The complexity in terms of number of countries we operate in and the pace of our business impacts our day to day, so we never get bored. A sense of humor is in our DNA - so we try to have fun when working together or with the business. Above everything else, it is critical for us that you feel aligned with our values (Collaborative, Entrepreneurial, Pioneering and Accountable) as they are the essence of how we want to behave and relate as a team.
