Working closely with REVLON for their HQ in Barcelona, we are looking for a Marketing Manager EMEA.
The Marketing Manager will be in charge of managing the EMEA REGION on the personal care and cosmetic categories of the company: Revlon Hair Color, Revlon Color Cosmetics, Creme of Nature, Llongueras, Flex, Cutex.

FUNCTIONSTo manage EMEA REGION on the personal care and cosmetic categories: Revlon Hair Color, Revlon Color Cosmetics, Creme of Nature, Llongueras, Flex, Cutex.To lead innovation projects together with the global MKT team.Drive support to local markets on strategy, activation, and assets requirement.To drive the strategy and growth plans in the EMEA Region.Manage the P&L: COGS, Price strategy and TOP line growth.To elevate and align with global on EMEA priorities.Analysis and understanding of the Nielsen variables: market evolution, prices, promotional activity, rate of sale.Market performance understanding and insights.Project Management.CO-Lead the project development with global Marketing.Media Communication.Work with local markets on their Media Plan and support in the content creation.RequirementsDegree holder in Marketing, Business Administration and related disciplines from an accredited institution and at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Brand Manager in the FMCG industry.High level of English.Experience in Product development and Project Management.Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Nielsen.High analytical and financial skills.Proactive and agile in ways of working.High level of commitment.Autonomous.Leadership skills.Easy to work with Processes and internal systems.Apply now
