EMEA Customer Marketing Trainee Duties:Support the localization of any promotional material required in the region:Agencies: request quotes for translations, upload open files in English to be translated, request changes/modificationsAffiliates: check needs and inform about new materials availableGRP: create placeholders, upload materials, follow-up of the review process, compile changes and upload new versions after the changes implemented by the agency, resubmissions/withdrawal according to the expiry datePromotional Material Teams: DS/BTS/Service MKTUpdate with available approved localized materials.Look for and upload High resolution files for printing options for the affiliates.Control of expiry datesPreparation of new SharefolderGrifols Experience Days: Participate in coordinating the event with the country/corporate/G.Viajes and help in logistic details.Definition of the process in the system.Launches and Congresses: Participate in the localization and approval of the approved global versions.Invoice management through SAP system.Support in Compliance requests.Others: support in the development of Customer testimonials, training decks, presentations, ...Third Party Agency and Recruiter Notice: Agencies that present a candidate to Grifols must have an active, nonexpired, Grifols Agency Master Services Agreement with the Grifols Talent Acquisition Department.
