Job Description: Sagan is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth for our clients. Drawing on your expertise in email automation, list segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics, you will play a crucial role in our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences aligned with our clients' business objectives. Create compelling email content, including subject lines, body copy, and visuals, to captivate the target audience. Manage email lists, ensuring data hygiene and segmentation for personalized messaging. Conduct A/B testing on email elements to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics. Analyze email performance data and provide actionable insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, best practices, and industry regulations. Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader marketing team to integrate email strategies with other channels. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment. Proficient in email marketing software and automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot). Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a keen eye for design. Ability to segment email lists and personalize communications based on user behavior and demographics. Proven track record in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns. Excellent analytical skills and experience in interpreting email performance data. Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and CAN-SPAM compliance. Proficient in English, both written and verbal. Adaptability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with an international team. NOTE: Please submit an English resume.
