What you'll be doing:Verify incoming orders and correct them.Provide clear, concise responses to requests and questions.Enrich the shared knowledge base within the company and in our Help Center.Analyse and give feedback to your manager and the technical team by sharing all the necessary information to resolve issues.Manage the relationship with transporters to follow up on deliveries.Keep track and update the monitoring files for internal reporting.Requirements:What skills & experience you'll bring to us:You are fluent in French & English.Your written French is at a high level.You have previous experience in Customer relations services.You have excellent listening skills and a strong desire to ensure customer satisfaction.You have analytical and synthesis skills.You are comfortable with IT tools and multitasking.You are organised, diligent, and rigorous and enjoy working in a team.Benefits:What do we offer?Contract: Permanent contract (1-month probation period).Full-time: 39 hours.Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 09:00 am and 7:00 pm, and one Saturday every month, from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM.Salary: 21,000€ gross per year.Holidays: 24 working days per calendar year.Hybrid model: Working 2 days from home, 3 days from the office.Training: 3-4 weeks from the office.Start date: November 13th (or earlier).Who we are: CPM International has a global presence in over 30 countries.
