Truly smart, our innovative products provide a seamless experience that helps users create a safe, healthy, comfortable, and eco-friendly environment.As a Pre-Sales Customer Support Agent, you will: Handle tech queries over email and chat and strive for first-contact resolution. Provide advice, help, and assist our clients via email following their product orders made online on our E-shop. Verify incoming orders and correct them. Provide clear, concise responses to their requests and questions. Enrich the shared knowledge base within the company and in our Help Center. Analyse and give feedback to your manager and the technical team by sharing all the necessary information to resolve issues. Manage the relationship between transporters to follow up on deliveries. Keep track and update the monitoring files for internal reporting. Requirements What skills and experience will you bring to us?A fluent level of French (spoken and written). A high level of English. You are very well organised and have excellent interpersonal skills. You can put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyse their problems, and offer them individual solutions. You know how to work within a team and are easy-going. You adjust quickly to new environments, can follow procedures, and deal with deadlines. Benefits What do we offer?Start date: 14th of October. Contract: Temporary (2.5 months with 1 month of probation period). Full-time: (39 hours/week). Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Salary: €21,000.00 gross per year. Bonus: Performance Bonus up to €150 gross per month + End of contract bonus. Holidays: 2 accrued days per month / 24 calendar days per year. Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu. Hybrid: 3 to 4 days per week at the office. Training: 4 weeks of training based in the office from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera).
