About the role
As a Merchandise Team Member, you will have the opportunity to deliver effective and efficient merchandising activities, ensuring compliance with core policy and procedures, including:
Maintaining product replenishment and merchandising (point of sale placement) across the store as required.Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience to the highest standards through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation.Working collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a positive experience for both in-store and online customers and effectively resolving customer complaints and queries as required.Assisting with customer service requirements including counter duties as required.
