How you'd spend your day:
Collaborating with Design, Product, Research, Content and Engineering teams to integrate design seamlessly throughout the product development process.
Influencing the entire design process (end-to-end) by transforming intricate criteria and problems into final solutions using prototyping and testing.
Effectively communicating and documenting your design decisions to foster collaboration and understanding.
Working with design team members and other stakeholders to identify data-informed product opportunities and design solutions that add value to both customers and the business.
Contributing to the evolution of our design system and utilizing it in the delivery process for digital products.
Giving and soliciting feedback from the broader team to continually improve quality.
Contributing to strategic decisions regarding the future direction of various digital products and our user-centered design approach.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 2 years of experience in roles such as UX/UI Designer or Product Designer.
High English level that will be assessed at interview by the Talent Team.
