This role will require you to:This position was created for the purpose of our company aim to increase our presence and manage fast-paced growing operational activities in the European market; he/she would be our key and priority consideration as a senior managerial role as the company strategically meets its footprint and targets in the very near future within the region.Oversee the regional operations team to ensure smooth facilitation and efficiency in all areas of operational activity including demand planning, quality assurance, logistics, IT, finance, aftersales, retail, OEM factory, and warehouse throughout Europe.Work effectively in a high-performing, dynamic team:Collaborate with a team that works closely with executive leaders of our supplier partners and executes on category-specific strategies in the context of rapid growth regarding operational activity and strategic goals.Optimize all aspects of our business operations to ensure all teams are communicating effectively, deadlines are understood and met, and cross-functional dependencies are minimized.Collaborate with appointed 3PL and freight companies to plan deliveries and shipments, as well as update contract rates to reduce shipping costs.Coordinate product inventory and storage within warehouses and other logistics sites to optimize overall efficient inventory movement.Develop a strong team, coach, mentor, and develop existing professionals effectively.Ensure all operational activities comply with corporate, local policies, and regulations.Act as a representative of Leisger Corporate in the EU if there is a commercial and human resources quarrel with the assistance of the corporate office in Shanghai, China.Enable a diverse set of internal stakeholders:Execute a cohesive strategic plan in a matrix organization with ownership divided across specialized teams which requires understanding, influencing, and motivating many different teams and individuals.Intensive travel needed.Other assignments may be needed.Report to corporate Operation VP & CEO.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Science, Quality, Supply Chain, or related discipline. MBA is a plus.8+ years of senior operation experience in supply chain within the sports, sporting, consumer goods, automotive, or e-mobility segment, preferably with startup company success.Strong local network & resources. Familiar with local authorities.Experienced in working with a multinational company regionally.Energetic and "Can Do" attitude to strive for success under ambiguity or limited resources.High proficiency in written and verbal English. Mandarin will be an advantage.QUALIFICATIONS: PMP, APICS, ASIM accreditation preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer literate; knowledge of SAP system software and Access database would be advantageous.Tipo de puesto: Jornada completaHorario: Turno de 8 horas
