What will you do?Gestión de Reservas: Supervisar y coordinar el proceso de reservas, asegurando la disponibilidad y asignación adecuada de habitaciones. Utilizar sistemas de gestión de reservas para mantener actualizada la información sobre disponibilidad, tarifas y políticas del hotel en conjunto con el channel manager. Gestionar las reservas grupales en conjunto con jefe de ventas. Realizar un seguimiento constante de las cancelaciones y reprogramaciones, ajustando la disponibilidad en consecuencia y gestionando los cobros pertinentes.Atención al cliente: Responder consultas de huéspedes de manera efectiva y amable. Resolver problemas relacionados con reservas y alojamiento de manera eficiente. Supervisar la correcta implementación de programas de fidelización propios y promociones.What are we looking for?Diplomatura Hostelería/Turismo o similar.Experiencia mínima de 2 años en departamentos de reservas.Idiomas: inglés.
