Project management in hospitals in Cataluña and Aragón region, providing an integral solution to nephrology service ensuring system implementation, training, and support post-kickoff.Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and manage software implementation projects.Determine and document specific project goals, deliverables, tasks, costs, and deadlines.Define project timelines and perform tasks within a multidisciplinary team.Monitor and control project progress.Use data analysis to enhance operational efficiency.Fill the minutes of each meeting and create project monitoring reports.Capture lessons learned.Support commercial management in each Autonomous Community alongside the Renal IT Manager of Spain.Knowledge of contracts and tenders.Manage software in different environments, data migration, and data integration.Provide training, consultancy, and support to medical staff.Offer expert guidance on healthcare applications.Provide phone, email, and on-site support.Report incidents and gather new requirements and needs.Suggest improvements based on technological advances.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Biomedicine, Health Informatics).Strong knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and familiarity with renal care practices and workflows is desirable.Experience in healthcare IT consulting services is desirable.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Teamwork skills: time management, problem-solving, active listening, critical thinking, collaboration, empathy.Proactive and self-motivated.Willingness to travel nationally.We offer an opportunity to create and deliver treatments that save and change lives for the better.
