We are looking for a Customer Demand Manager who will coordinate the Global Business Services (GBS) Hire-to-retire (H2R) Digital People Solutions (DPS) Applications portfolio for Siemens Energy and its dependencies with services from other Siemens entities (Global Business Services Hire-to-retire, Human Resources, Information Technology, etc.).This role will be composed of a small team who works in close coordination with service managers and project managers to ensure the following:GeneralServe as point of contact in all matters related to Siemens Energy concerns and inquiries, ensuring that the needs are met and the expectations are exceeded.Build and maintain sustainable relationships with the appropriate decision-makers on the Siemens Energy HR side.Coordinate and collaborate with DPS service managers and project managers as well as other Siemens departments to facilitate Siemens Energy's needs fulfillment.ServicesMaintain quarterly service reviews with Siemens Energy for key services and coordinate the proposal of major service improvements relevant for Siemens Energy where meaningful.Update the service catalogue of Siemens for Siemens Energy considering the impact of initiatives from both sides with architectural impact.Align on ramp-down of existing services, including dependencies and cost implications.Ensure up-to-date service documentation (service descriptions, dependencies, etc.).Country SupportProvide support to Siemens Energy HR in a country that has been transformed into the HRCloud target application landscape (including Workday and a target outsourced payroll).The Siemens Energy HR human resources organization or Siemens Energy shared services organization in the country can rely on the cross-country application support for any topic included in the service scope.The applicability of the Country Cross-Application Support service is dependent on the status of the country (transformed, not transformed, partially transformed).ProjectsRegularly align with Siemens Energy on a 12-24 months roadmap of Siemens driven initiatives and projects with potential impact on Siemens Energy architecture.Integrate information from Siemens Energy regarding initiatives that require support from Siemens.Identify conflicts in the roadmap due to interdependencies or capacity constraints on Siemens side.Establish quarterly reporting on project progress for Siemens driven initiatives.Contractual and Financial ManagementPoint of contact for Siemens Energy driven contractual change requests related to the Digital People Solutions portfolio of services and projects.Update the Digital People Solutions service catalog in alignment with Siemens Energy (new services, services ramped down, etc.).Coordinate yearly price adjustments based on contractually agreed business volume indicators.Your Skills and Experience:University degree in engineering or business administration or other suitable education.Proven experience in demand management, portfolio coordination, or related roles, ideally in a multinational and complex organizational environment.Ability to uncover customer needs and desires, digitalization fundamentals, and customer focus.Experience in IT processes and tools.Working closely with technical leaders, understanding/facilitating technical discussions, supporting and helping resolve technical issues impacting delivery.Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience in contract management and financial analysis is preferred.Teamwork and collaboration.Fluent in written and oral English.If the role resonates with you, apply now!Siemens is committed to equal opportunities for women and men, as well as diversity as a source of creativity and innovation.
