What will you do?
Develop and execute an annual business plan for online channels, focusing on expanding direct channels (barcelo.com, call center).
Create and implement a yearly marketing plan for online channels (barcelo.com and online third parties) to enhance hotel visibility in key markets and maximize revenue.
Achieve the annual budget targets across all online channels (barcelo.com, call center, barcelo pro, online third parties, and GDS).
Ensure compliance with Barceló Hotel Group's established sales policies.
Guarantee that the best available rate is consistently offered on barcelo.com.
Oversee the seamless onboarding of new hotels to existing online channels.
Facilitate the integration of new online channels within existing hotels.
Conduct regular meetings with key online partners to identify emerging market trends and business opportunities.
Assist hotels in transitioning from static to dynamic pricing models.
Provide detailed weekly, monthly, and annual reports on hotel and channel performance.
What are we looking for?
Possibility of relocation to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Fluent communication in English and Spanish.
Strong sales and results orientation.
Strategic and tactical thinking capabilities.
Proficiency in data-driven environments.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels, including technical teams.
Expertise in using strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop new strategies, build business cases, and achieve successful outcomes.
Strong decision-making skills with an understanding of project alignment within overall company and development strategies.
Knowledge of e-commerce systems, online B2B, revenue, product, and contracting.
Operational understanding of e-commerce technologies.
Demonstrated integrity, maturity, and a constructive approach to challenges.
Ability to operate independently with given direction, bringing ideas and solutions to issues.
Proficiency in analyzing and assessing organizational needs to provide appropriate solutions.
Strong negotiation, influencing, and organizational skills.
Proactive with impeccable follow-up skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
Familiarity with Central Reservation System (SynXis).
