What you´ll do
Performs transformational initiatives on sales support excellence (ecomm and selective)Owns implementation of global/regional framework, policy, and strategy on sales support developmentProvides feedback on global/regional strategic projects on sales support excellence to ensure local successEnforces sales support discipline through the monitoring of KPI achievement with growth targets and prioritiesDrives execution of sales support excellence and alignment of implementation with local stakeholders per customer/channel/categoryDrives best practice tool analysis and knowledge to support operational sales functions and to monitor, improve, and drive businessPerforms pricing, brand equity, promo efficiency, assortment, and trade investment analysis to develop guidelines and recommendations with sales and marketingMonitors competitors' activities and provides insightsPrepares, builds, and conveys sales story to achieve defined targetsBased on customer and competitor benchmarks, recommends data purchase depth/type and frequenciesEcommerce & Selective Retail activity plan definition (ecommerce package, activation...)Supports all activities for each channel's Social Selling Plan and follow-upAligns with the rest of the stakeholders of the Division to define, control, and follow up on the budget of the department
