In this 12 months, full remote internship from Spain, we're looking for a motivated eCommerce Marketing & Analytics Trainee EMEA to join our dynamic and international eCommerce team.

You will partner with the EMEA eCommerce team to help drive our B2B, Kimberly-Clark Professional's (KCP's) strategic business plan.

As a trainee, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing data related to digital sales, performance marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and website traffic, among others. Your primary goal will be to identify growth areas where KCP can improve and develop strategies to enhance visibility and conversion, as well as implement actions to support the performance marketing objectives.

You will also collect and analyse key metrics related to:

Awareness & Visibility: Identify and execute opportunities to improve KCP's brand awareness and share-of-voice.

Traffic: Support and build marketing and advertising plans to grow traffic on KCP products.

Conversion: Leverage content, availability, pricing, and promotions to drive purchase conversion.

You will utilise a wide range of data (including Amazon Advertising and Digital Shelf Monitoring tools) and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.

Additionally, you will support the development of hypotheses and execution of A/B testing and other experiments to optimise marketing performance, assisting in the execution, monitoring, and optimisation of eCommerce marketing campaigns to ensure maximised visibility and ROI.

Last, you will work cross-functionally with key supporting functions, mainly Data & Analytics, Local/Integrated Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

A first successful experience in reporting and data analysis – using tools like Excel or PowerBI and languages such as SQL, VBA or Python.

A Fluent level of English (C1). Any additional European language will be advantageous.

Ideally a Master's degree (currently enrolled or graduated from-) Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.

An analytical approach and skills to interpret data from a wide range of sources. Provide actionable insights.

You would also need a methodical and structured approach to optimization and problem-solving, as well as knowledge of the digital customer Journey and Paid Search/Display Ads is preferred.

You have a business orientation: understanding of market dynamics and a commercial mindset.

Last, you have an interest in the execution of marketing plans, e.g. asset creation for marketing campaigns.

This internship is intended as a:

full time position for 12 months (6+6 internship agreement), with a monthly remuneration of 900 €.

Full remote, in Spain only.
