RequirementsResponsibilities: Develop and lead creative strategies for e-commerce and DTC campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals, target audience, and market trends.Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create innovative concepts and campaign ideas that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.Analyze consumer insights, market data, and performance metrics to inform and adjust creative approaches.Oversee the creation of multi-channel content (email, social media, ads, landing pages, etc.) that speaks to the brand voice and supports the customer journey.Work closely with designers, copywriters, and video producers to ensure the creation of compelling visuals and messages that drive conversions.Optimize creative assets based on performance data and testing insights to continually improve campaign results.Stay ahead of industry trends, digital innovations, and competitor strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of creative execution.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, preferably in an e-commerce or DTC setting.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, customer journey optimization, and digital marketing.Expertise in developing data-driven creative strategies that drive engagement and sales.Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns with measurable success in e-commerce or DTC environments.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies based on data insights.Knowledge of consumer psychology, branding, and digital trends.Self-starter with a passion for creativity and innovation.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms.Knowledge of direct-response marketing strategies and performance marketing.Basic video editing skills or experience working with multimedia content.
