.Global eCommerce Analytics Senior ManagerHP's eCommerce org is seeking a proven senior analytics manager who is passionate about profitably growing the business through the intersection of data and analytics solutions. You will manage and develop a team that partners cross-functionally and within a growing org to design and implement reporting suites and tools to enable the business to understand, analyze and optimize performance against targets. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams that have delivered emerging technology solutions and show great proficiency in maintaining and supporting data engineering and data operations health. We are seeking a thought leader in today's rapidly changing digital analytics environment.Applies expert subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving most complex business/technical issues within established policies. Has accountability for a large multi-department area(s) or location(s) with significant impact on business unit results and organizational strategy. Acts as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall policies and long-term goals of the organization. Plans, manages, and monitors high-end operational/tactical activities of Staff. Staff members' primary focus is on either high-end tactical or broad strategic issues or a combination of both. Recruits and supports development of direct staff members.Directs and controls activities within a sub-region or Region. Typically manages ten or more direct reports. Span of Control guidelines may differ from these numbers.Responsibilities :Typically hire/manage/develop Expert and Master level ICs to financial performance targets.Direct/supervise strategic roadmap delivery that can drive value in a growing business.Direct/supervise global standardization projects and initiatives.Direct/supervise a team that displays responsiveness, agility, and creativity to balance short-term and long-term ROI requirements.Direct/supervise the development of breakthrough analyses and frameworks to maximize performance across eCommerce functions.Direct/supervise actionable planning and governance.Direct/supervise the creation and implementation of new processes, technology requirements and technical innovations to drive continuous improvement of business management systems (BMS).Direct/supervise the integration and utilization of innovative solutions and tools.Direct/supervise cross-functional evolution and adoption of analytics ecosystem withing the organization.Direct/supervise the identification and definition of requirements for IT to enable analytics process improvements that increase effectiveness and efficiency.Direct/supervise the development of training and research materials and related processes and tools.Education and Experience Required :BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.10+ years marketing, market research and project management or operational experience
