This role is to facilitate the transition of the EMEA and India Marketing organization to a new reporting model during 2024. Key Responsibilities For assigned campaigns, delivers multi-tactic solutions to achieve program objectives defined by the Marcom and Marketing Program Manager. Documents planning, timing and results for those campaigns Responsible for delivering the tactic mix, identifying customer target group and executing on the communications strategy. Supports the Marcom and Marketing Program Manager (MPM) in the development of the program brief, associated business case and multi-campaign program calendar. Works closely with the Marcom and MPM to adapt global campaigns for execution into EMEA. For assigned campaigns, owns the development of graphical layout (collaterals, booth, banners etc. ) in close collaboration with the WW Marcom organization and our Client's Creative Services team. Adheres to our Client's brand and messaging standards, ensuring brand compliance when working with 3rd parties. For assigned campaigns, owns and maintains campaign setup in Customer Relation Management system. For assigned campaigns works closely with our Client's Marketing partners on the deployment of e-Pushes, social media postings, 3rd party media campaigns. Partners closely with all business partners on marketing digital and face-to-face events. Provides toolkits for local campaign execution (CRM setup, feedback forms, landing pages) Responsible for allocation and tracking of campaign budgets in close alignment with MPM for campaigns assigned. Reports into the EMEA Marcom Operations Manager. Requirements3 to 5 years Marcom experience, including demonstrated digital marketing expertise. Cross-disciplinary Marcom skills with demonstrated competency in implementing a wide mix of tactics including digital marketing, demand generation, advertising, email marketing, customer events (a plus), social media.
