You'll report work alongside young and proactive teammates.You'll be in charge of eco design for tenders & projects. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, safety, etc.contribute during specification and design phases to technical solution decisions and much more.You'll specifically take care of feeding the Environmental Management System (ISO14001) with eco design input and activities, but also anticipating the launch of industrial facilities and long lead time supplies for the prototypes manufacturing.We'll look to you for :Manage / follow the achievement of the prototypes in the respect of the industrial rules, and the QCD requirementsInsure the consideration as soon as possible the Component management rules to reduce the industrial impacts : obsolescence, sustainability, mono source, manufacturing or assembly processManage industrial risk through Process FMEA and associated improvement action planSupport sourcing and SQD teams in the suppliers' qualification and quality follow upDeploy industrial tools to subcontractor as per defined by Transfer PlanManage Alstom assets lent to subcontractorGuarantees internal control and good application of process rules in line with customers' requirementsPropose Ecodesign yearly commitment and work planPropose and follow eco design dashboard for solutions / productsEcodesign Referential : Deploy and apply eco design referential in T&P, R&D, Expertise activitiesEnsure Ecodesign expertise for local platform, subsystems, tenders and projectsPerform Ecodesign activities on tenders (contractual and legal requirements analysis and positioning)Prepare Ecodesign management plan and specifications (train, compo or signalling level)Participate to design (train, compo or signalling level) in order to insure achievement of eco design commitmentsRealise and update Eco design studies until delivery of the last trainImplement relevant Eco design R&D and CCN results in projectsPropose, lead and manage R&D actions in the context of product improvement and / or methodologies for Ecodesign within QCD commitment
