[Ec-553] - F&B Service Trainee

The student will join the Food and Beverage team, where the intern will experience different position responsibilities while rotating through the resort outlets.
They will be trained in Micros and Opera for F&B, as well as LHW's standards.
The interns will be part of a 5-star hotel international team and will acquire professional abilities in cocktail and mixology, sommelier, and restaurant hostess.

Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the guests at our restaurantsAssist the Supervisor with any task required according to the service levelProvide 5-star service according to the outlet in which the intern is workingPrepare the tables, buffet, restaurant, and outletsCarry out daily tasks as a waiter and supervisorRotate through the different outletsAnswer the phone for Room Service and guests' requestsFollow the indications of the supervisors and Heads of Departments (HoDs) Requirements: An agreement with the school/university is a MUSTFluent in English and another European language, with intermediate level of SpanishGreat communicative abilitiesIndependent workerAbility to integrate into a multidisciplinary team and flexibilityProactive and passionate about guest serviceNo previous experience requiredCandidate must be eligible for obtaining a Spanish Visa – NIE to perform the working agreement Role: F&B Service Trainee
