[Ec-553] - F&B Service Trainee

The student will join the Food and Beverage team, where the intern will experience different position responsibilities and rotate among the resort outlets. They will be trained in Micros and Opera for F&B, as well as LHW's standards. The interns will be part of a 5-star hotel international team and will acquire professional skills in cocktail and mixology, sommelier, and restaurant hostess.

Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the guests at our restaurants.Assist the Supervisor with any tasks required according to the service level.Provide a 5-star service, according to the outlet in which the intern is working.Prepare the tables, buffet, restaurant, and outlets.Carry out daily tasks as a waiter and supervisor.Rotate through the different outlets.Answer the phone for Room Service and guests' requests.Follow the indications of the supervisors and HoDs. Requirements: An agreement with the school/university is a MUST.Fluent in English and another European language; intermediate level of Spanish.Great communicative abilities.Independent worker.Ability to integrate into a multidisciplinary team and flexibility.Proactive and passionate about guest service.No previous experience required.Candidate must be eligible for obtaining a Spanish Visa – NIE to perform the working agreement.
