E-Learning Specialist / Instructional Designer

We are helping our client, a multinational retail company located in Madrid, to search for an athlete to join the Human Resources team as a E-LEARNING SPECIALIST/INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER. You will lead an international e-learning project for digital skills.

Together they work towards progress and evolution by offering valuable products with a high impact and providing customers with a smooth and simple experience based on their satisfaction.What will be your mission?To develop the strategic planning, projection, and animation (training, communication and follow-up) of the different training projects to be created, to be implemented or already implemented, designing strategic objectives to be fulfilled according to the mission and vision of People International, evaluating and following up on them to help in future decision making.
You will be responsible for designing and developing innovative and high-quality educational content that engages and excites our audience.
What will your responsibilities be?Propose or develop new projects ensuring consistency with the People International project.I look for opportunities that allow the development of projects in coherence with the project.I coordinate the step-by-step implementation of internal projects, always making the necessary consultations and analysis.I document project progress, making corrective decisions or proposing solutions.I plan interim deliveries or progress information, in order to receive continuous feedback from my Team Leader and minimize errors.I coordinate with the different teams, if necessary, the training process so that the project implementation goes smoothly.I ensure that projects are properly and formally closed.Lead, manage and follow up the different projects I am in charge of.I accompany and guide the people in charge of carrying out the new validated projects, in the case of being me, I make myself accompany them.I continuously encourage the different consolidated projects, motivating its members, taking care of their adequate training or coaching and solving eventual problems.I follow up the different phases and milestones of ongoing projects, monitoring time, costs, quality, and risks. On consolidated projects, I provide timely and accurate follow-up for their smooth progress.I establish the evaluation systems of the different ongoing projects to make decisions on them.I favor instances to generate feedback that help the growth of the projects.Ensure communication at all levels (internal and external) by sharing on the different projects.I ensure communication at all levels internally: visibility and progress to the teams impacted by the project in question.I encourage communication with external parties (suppliers) in order to keep them informed, give continuity to the projects and maintain our ties in a lasting way.I update the different platforms/channels where there is information related to the projects.I receive feedback from those involved in the different projects already executed in order to make continuous improvement plans.Network with the different People International and external teams on issues within my area of responsibility.I keep updated on market trends in e-learning and development.I learn and share in a network to stay up to date.I stay connected with other colleagues internationally (Update/News).I have a network created (internal/external) to have the necessary resources when needed.I keep in touch with the different teams of experts to identify new opportunities for improvement in future projects already implemented.Guarantee and develop the results of the different projects according to the agreed resources.I commit with my leader to achieve the SMART objectives we have set for me.I estimate and present the time and resources needed for the implementation/development of the different projects.I define the budget and get the best performance out of it.I guarantee the timely supply of the resources required by the projects, verifying that they are requested in a timely manner and according to the procedures established by our internal policies to achieve the objectives set.Design and development of educational content.Utilize advanced video editing software to create creative, engaging, and high-quality educational content.Apply theories, models, and best practices of instructional design to cater to diverse learning styles and educational outcomes.Collaborate closely with educators, subject matter experts, and technical teams to align video content with educational objectives.Effectively manage educational content using content management systems (CMS) and learning management systems (LMS).Evaluate the effectiveness of educational content and make adjustments as necessary to enhance student engagement and learning.Driving the digital mindset.Ensure the practical application of the knowledge generated in the digital learning environment.Encourage collaborative work and information exchange within the organization.Combine e-learning with experiential learning.Encourage digital culture for the development of learning within the work environment.Guarantee the personalization of learning adapted to the needs of each person.Encourage collaborative learning through digital tools.What do you need to be successful in the role?We need you to bring 2-3 years of experience in developing e-learning projects in international projects. This is ESSENTIAL.Knowledge or training in Pedagogy.Residence in Madrid or near.Demonstrated experience in video editing and familiarity with advanced editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).Solid understanding of theories, models, and best practices of instructional design.Experience working in international environments or projects.Very high level of English - ESSENTIAL.We are looking for someone who enjoys working in very agile environments and with a mindset towards change.
