Job Description As a Partner Support Representative at Concentrix Spain, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that go beyond WOW. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert support to our partners, ensuring their digital marketing efforts are optimized and aligned with our company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:Provide SEO optimization recommendations and conduct keyword gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.Audit online content and provide quality checks and feedback to audit agencies.Highlight key gaps on partner sites and share partner-level optimization reports.Share content best practices and provide training to partners.Onboard partners on the syndication process and monitor the use of the etail toolkit.Identify bugs, content gaps, and delivery delays, and provide feedback to internal teams.Monitor the execution of NPIs and drive timely delivery.Provide first-line support for content queries and conduct local language translation checks.Track improvements and optimizations, and provide ROI estimations.Map the current landscape of ratings and reviews, and provide best practice sharing.Review partner KPI dashboards and provide performance analysis and optimization recommendations.Requirements:Proficiency in German and advanced English language skills.Good knowledge of IT and storage environments.University degree in marketing, e-commerce, or business administration (preferred but not required).Minimum one year of related online sales and/or digital content management experience.Excellent negotiation, management, and communication skills, including presentation skills.Good computing literacy, including Windows and Office.Ability to work towards goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and time/work prioritization.What We Offer:Full-time contract with 39 hours/week.Indefinite contract.Salary of 21,500 euros gross/year, plus up to 3,500 euros gross/year in bonus.Great office location in Barcelona.Friends hunting (referral) bonus.Full paid training on the company and project.Career development opportunities.
