Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview German-speaking candidates for various positions
Build and maintain a strong network of talented professionals in the German-speaking market
Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively match candidates with suitable job opportunities

Requirements Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to work independently and remotely
