Ensure the right level of capabilities, competencies and expertise. Responsible for deploying and implementing the 'state of the art' standards, processes, methods & tools in your department. Participate in the improvement of the standards, processes, methods & tools in your Engineering discipline in relation with your Engineering discipline network, especially the Engineering discipline manager/director.
