This is our Executive Recruiter role for those who, through their work, are willing to support our core value—people.The Executive Recruiter will partner with senior leadership within Semrush for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.
This position reports to the Head of Executive Recruiting.Tasks in the role:Work on closing top talent for leadership and executive-level roles.Be an advisor for executive-level stakeholders in the hiring process.Own the recruiting process for management, leadership, and complex searches.Communicate effectively and proactively throughout the recruiting process with partners and stakeholders.Integrate the Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion approach and knowledge into the recruitment process.Administer the Employee Referral Program; track monthly referrals; monitor/facilitate the payout process.Work with the global HR team as it relates to the global strategy of recruitment and employee experience.Keep a growth mindset in understanding the possibilities of development within oneself.Ability to give and accept positive, productive feedback while demonstrating the capability of direct and honest feedback when needed.Develop quality work and seek improvement in all areas of work and skills.Who we are looking for:At least 5+ years of experience with the recruitment process and performing recruitment needs.Executive-level recruiting experience with a proven track record of sourcing and closing top-tier talent in a competitive environment.Must establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and peers.Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.Ability to multitask and prioritize work.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.You have experience working in both agency and in-house environments.You take responsibility and are accountable.You have high emotional intelligence.You have the maturity and ability to work under pressure.You share our common values: Trust, Sense of Ownership, and enthusiasm for Constant Change.We will try to create all the right conditions for you to work and rest comfortably:Work format FLEX: This offer stands for the "hybrid" work format: some days, you work from the office, and some from home.Flexible start date.Health insurance coverage.Work from a modern office with a coworking vibe or from home.Internet coverage (up to 30 EUR/month).Company celebrations.Unlimited PTO.Training and Development.English and Spanish courses.Gifts for employees.Finally, a little more about our company:Semrush is a leading online visibility management SaaS platform that enables businesses globally to run search engine optimization, pay-per-click, content, social media, and competitive research campaigns and get measurable results from online marketing
