We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

We only work on an exclusive basis with our clients, as such we are looking for a consultant who has a wealth of experience with both the client and candidate side of the recruitment process.
You will know how to conduct a thorough vacancy brief before putting together a plan of action of exactly how and where you will fill our clients vacancies, providing advice, guidance and support all along the way.
As we are a UK recruitment company, a working knowledge of the UK is hugely beneficial.
You must also be an excellent communicator with an impeccable level of English with a neutral accent.
The working hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm UK time, Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
We are looking for hard-working, driven and competitive individuals who have a need to succeed and a strong background in recruitment.
You will have 2+ years experience as a recruitment consultant.You must be confident with Boolean/keyword/LinkedIn searching.Highly competitive, ambitious and results driven, with the confidence and tenacity to excel within a target driven environment.Confident, articulate and hardworking.Have a working knowledge of the UK recruitment market.Fluent English speaker, to a very high standard.Duties: Conducting vacancy briefs to gain an understanding of the role requirements, and tailoring your search process to get the best results.Draft and post job adverts to attract active candidates.Source and reach out to suitable passive candidates.Screen and pre-interview candidates for suitability.Liaise with your clients on a daily basis, providing regular updates on your progress.Schedule and manage the interview process.If you feel like you have what it takes to be a success here, please apply to this advert.
