About the job: Sinclair is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior HR Business Partner for our manufacturing site to join our team, focused on driving people-positive initiatives across our manufacturing sites.
In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with site managers and leaders, helping to shape and implement strategic people agendas that support business growth.
You will enhance HR practices to foster talent development, enabling the next generation of leaders.
Your leadership will also empower the HRBP team, providing guidance and support as we work together to drive success across the organization.
