Delivers programs and policies developed globally that are specialized for local or regional requirements. Acts as a consultant and partner in driving and implementing organizational design, transformation, change management, talent management, total rewards, workforce planning, and employee relations strategies and policies.Ensures HR programs are implemented based on business-specific priorities and legal requirements at the country level. Collaborates across the HR organization to deliver an integrated portfolio of services to all employees. Systematically deploys policies and structures established by HR functions while delivering differentiated solutions based on unique business needs, local market pressures, and the competitive landscape. Supports talent acquisition efforts of staffing and recruiting and partners with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and outsourcing (MADO) to ensure new employee integration success. Consults with managers and other stakeholders on employee relations issues. Interfaces with managers, employees, government agencies, and other external representatives in consultation and negotiations as necessary.Responsibilities:Develops and leads planning, design, implementation, communication, and delivery of the company's HR strategies, processes, policies, systems, and metrics across the organization with global scope.Develops and manages the human resources annual operating plan and budget based on each year's top priorities driven by business needs.Ensures that the company's HR function is aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.Partners with and influences clients at the EVP and SVP level.Assesses and monitors current and future HR processes, systems, and operational needs to ensure best-in-class delivery and process efficiencies.Drives global strategies and initiatives by exercising significant governance oversight in multiple areas (e.G., key policy decisions, requisition approval, resolution of high-impact disputes).Has significant financial responsibility (e.G., budget of $1 million+ USD).Leads a team of Directors, Managers, and Senior Individual Contributors for a business function and/or region by setting overall program initiatives, allocating financial and human capital for programs and projects, and ensuring timely and effective delivery of human resource programs.Leads and directly manages all HR generalist functions and demonstrates broad impact through significant direct and dotted-line employee reporting relationships.#J-18808-Ljbffr
