The journey starts here, with you at SITA.ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAMSenior Manager People Business Partner ("People BP"), partners with the leadership team of a given function to determine business needs and drive decision-making processes and strategy for People specific matters.
People BP collaborate with the other People Teams to directly contribute to reaching the organization's business objectives leveraging people capabilities.
As such contributes to relevant business decisions as a member of the BU / Entity's leadership team.
Successful People BP acts as a consultant, with strong business acumen and a commercial mindset, owns the People Strategy, and is responsible for the implementation and follow-up.
